RETURN OF GOODS

  1. Returns/exchanges can only be made within 30 days of receipt of your package. If 30 days has passed we cannot issue a refund or exchange your products.
  2. Products must be returned to us in their original condition, unopened and must be resalable. Failure to adhere to this will negate the refund or exchange.
  3. A refund will only be issued when we have received your return. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used when placing the order.
  4. We do not refund any carriage charges paid and therefore customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
  5. All sale items are final.
